How to Join

Sole Sisters Running Club

Becoming a Member

If you wish to join the club, please turn up on the week of your choice (15 minutes prior to run time) for a first FREE trial session.  We meet at 6pm, starting running at 6.15pm with options of 3, 4, 5 or 6 mile groups – please check the
Club Diary for our venues.    If you want to come as a guest member, please get in touch.

If you are running/jogging for the first time, no special kit is required other than a pair of trainers and a good sports bra.
Please remember to bring a drink, wear lightweight clothing and remember on dark evenings high-visibility clothing is advisable.

We do advise that if you continue to jog a pair of specialised running shoes and sports bra is essential.

Please download the Sole Sisters Membership Application form by clicking on  the application form icon. Please Complete this form and bring it with you on your chosen start date.
